Collective intelligence, Complexity, Social Networks, Social CapitalAbstract
It is a theoretical essay whose goal was the search for conceptual similarities between the phenomena of collective intelligence, social networking and social capital within the context of the information society. Thereby, those elements are presented and discussed considering different authors. It appears that the concepts covered have numerous points of convergence and strong relations of proximity and complementarity. The conclusions point to the idea that the consideration of these relationships in the theoretical perspectives adopted in the research developed in the fields under consideration, could significantly enrich the results to be achieved.Downloads
