Abstract

We investigate the automation of the process for publishing scientific open data on the Web of Data. This work is based on the Linked Data Lifecycle and its technologies. As a result, a Workflow is established for sharing primary datasets in the Scientometric domain, preserving historical records of the Qualis, SJR e SNIP indexes on the Web of Data (2005-2016). As conclusion, we stand that this establishment is an important technological instrument for digital preservation of scientific data and can support scientific researches, considering the reuse of resources and the result's reproducibility.

Author Biographies

Sandro Rautenberg, Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (UNICENTRO)

Bacharel em Ciências da Computação pela Fundação Universidade Regional de Blumenau (1996), mestre em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (1998) e doutor em Engenharia do Conhecimento pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2009). Realizou seu estágio pós-doutoral na Universidade de Leipzig - Alemanha, com ênfase no desenvolvimento Ontologias para Linked Open Data (Projeto de pesquisa com apoio da CAPES - Processo BEX no 18228/12-7). É professor não-titular da Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (UNICENTRO) do Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação e do Mestrado Profissional em Administração (PPGADM). Tem experiência nas áreas da Ciência da Computação e da Ciência da Informação, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento, Machine Learning, Ontologias, Linked Open Data e Cientometria.

Mestrado em Informática pela Universidade Federal do Paraná - UFPR, 2004 e Doutorado em Ciência da Computação pela UFPR, 2014. Atualmente é professora adjunta na Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste (UNICENTRO). Tem experiência na área de Ciência da Computação, atuando nas linhas de pesquisa: Interação Humano-Computador e Banco de Dados do Grupo de Pesquisa Tecnologia de Informação e Tecnologias em Web Semântica e Dados Abertos do Grupo de Pesquisa Laboratório de Aplicações Semânticas e Distribuídas (LASeD), ambas linhas de pesquisa da UNICENTRO.
