The results of the survey of typologies produced subsidized the creation of a functional filing plan and enabled the detection of non-standardized processes, as well as some discrepancies between the production of normative documents and the actual one. The methodology is considered to have contributed to incremental innovation since it is characterized by improvements to existing products/processes.
