The text presents the results of the research we are conducting on Electronic Patient Record (EPR), contextualizing not be considered only as procedural document, however as document of reference in the communication process intra and enters the team of health and the patient. It allows to its creators and users to intervene to solve problems of clinical, administrative and management in health organizations allowing to all to act coherently on the decisions to be taken in relation to the patient to which it mentions itself.Downloads
