Abstract

A dualidade fenômeno/coisa em si não parece ser paradigma sustentável nesse ensaio de Nietzsche, apesar de sua então confessa filiação a Schopenhauer. A ideia de Kunsttrieb, herdada de Schelling, o situa em um cenário bem mais afeito à noção dionisíaca de criação, o que impõe certa distância em relação às inclinações ascéticas próprias da concepção schopenhaueriana de estética. A apresentação proposta tem em vista discutir as possíveis incongruências entre as apropriações de Schelling, Schiller e de Schopenhauer nesse escrito de Nietzsche.
