Abstract

Goal: This article aims to present the main global guidelines for education resulting from political-educational movements, their key authors, their contributions to the transformation of education, and their practical implications through Neolearning. DesignMethodologyApproach: The research was developed using a qualitative theoretical-bibliographic approach, analyzing texts and studies on educational transformations from the second half of the 20th century. Results: The study reveals that significant changes in the ways of thinking about and conducting education resulted from the democratization and universalization of access to education, highlighting important influences on the foundations and pillars of Neo-learning and its application in contemporary education. These influences contributed to the development of new skills for both learners and teachers in the digital context. OriginalityValue: The study highlights the relevance of global guidelines that emerged from political-educational movements, emphasizing their practical application in current education and contributing to a deeper understanding of changes and innovations in teaching, especially with the introduction of Neo-learning.
