The research in postgraduate in the journalism from the database of the congresses SBPJor (2014 to 2016)

Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the abstracts, titles and keywords of the 409 papers presented at the Individual Sessions of the National Meetings of Journalism Researchers, a conference held by the Brazilian Association of Journalism Researchers (SBPJor) since 2003. The papers presented in the 2014, 2015 and 2016, were analyzed based on categories proposed by Strelow (2011), that allow to identify thematic, theoretical matrices and means focused by the researchers. The analysis corroborates research conducted in other databases and points to weaknesses still persistent in the field, especially in relation to methodological issues.
