Mídia, jornalismo e sociedade: a herança normalizada de Bourdieu
Abstract
What are Pierre Bourdieu’s contributions to the understanding of the connections among media, journalism and society, considering the singular place occupied by the media? This article examines Bourdieu’s theoretical, conceptual and methodological contributions to the communication field, in special those that analyze the media and society and, as a consequence, journalism’s standpoint in contemporary social processes.Downloads
