Gastronomia no jornalismo cultural: crítica e crônica na Folha de S. Paulo e na Carta Capital

Abstract

After verifying that the gastronomy theme has been growing in cultural sections of newspapers and magazines, this article aims to analyze which are the linguistic and discoursive characteristics of the gastronomical journalism. This study focus in critics published in the Folha de S.Paulo newspaper and chronicles published in the Carta Capital magazine in order to begin a mapping of this kind of journalism in brazilian printed media.
