Abstract

The access to the information and the communication is indispensable in the inclusion process into Knowledge Society. So, this article reflects about what knowledge is and about the risks of the homogeneity information and digital exclusion. It analyzes the possibilities of communication’s public politics and considers the difficulties of realize them.
