Editorial flow: a quantitative analysis of the Journal Anuário de Literatura (2012-2014)

Journal Anuário de Literatura (Literature Annuary), which is linked to the Literature Graduate Program of Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), in its trajectory with more than 20 years of publications, is inserted in the Literature, Theory and Literature Criticism field. Having the mission to spread the new and innovative knowledge in this field, it aims researchers, literature professionals with the minimum required academic tittle and postgraduate students (master’s program and doctoral program). The journal publishes two issues per year, available in digital form in PDF/A at the Portal de Periódicos da UFSC (Journal Repository of Federal University of Santa Catarina) since 2008. It offers the guarantee of free and immediate access to issues, enabling wide dissemination of the knowledge produced in Brazil, and set in evidence the significant publishing work of a scientific journal. In this sense, this paper aims to explore editorial process in the period between 2012 and 2014, considering the journal’s scope to disseminate research excellence, and to present to readers and researchers with a current and relevant knowledge of literary studies. Therefore, we intend to draw up a profile of the authors who submitted the original in this period, leading to the institution of origin and area of operation.
