Peer review process

Articles submitted to the journal for publication will be evaluated by at least ad hoc advisors or consultants, based on which the Editorial Center will accept, reject or even request changes. In the case of opinions in disagreement, the Editorial Center will send to a third advisor or consultant who should clarify the doubts about the propriety or impropriety of the publication of the article, taking into account only its academic quality. The articles must be unpublished. Articles submitted in Annals of Scientific Events may also be accepted as long as their disclosure is restricted. At the discretion of the Editorial Center, papers already published in foreign journals will be accepted, subject to the same evaluation of unpublished originals. The author must submit written authorization from the editor of the journal where his article was originally published. At the discretion of the Editorial Center, relevant articles and classic works of national and international dissemination may be published, according to copyright rules. The originals will be published in Portuguese or Spanish. Exceptionally, they may be published in French or English. They must be written in accessible language, avoiding theoretical jargon as long as it does not detract from the quality of the work.
