Justice, governance and legality

The paper has for object the consideration of what is governance, expression in which is summarized the setting in practice of the ideal of efficiency, and its effective expansion like institutional practice, as well as the presentation of some of the negative consequences that for the legality and, especially, for the justice, are derived of a setting in action of the principles and technical characteristic of the governance with preference to those of legality and justice.Downloads
