Moralization models of Law: a study coming from Jürgen Habermas

This paper aims to describe the conexion of the jurisprudence concerning the concept of law and normative moral standards.It analyzes, also, the consequences of this conection in the legal status, starting from the juridical character of them. Finally, it presents alternative models to establish the conection between law and moral that their autonomy ought be respected.Downloads
