The author demonstrates that, front to the recent processes of domination and exclusion of mundialization of the neoliberal capital, becomes imperious to detach the new emancipatórias and against-hegemonic forms of legitimation of the Right. He treats yourself, in the truth, to introduce as paradigm, a legal pluralism of type democratic and participate, capable to make possible itself as instrument of resistance and affirmation to the emergent human rights.Downloads
