Abstract

The article if dedicates to the analysis of the process of insertion in the legal system of the European Union and in the legislation in criminal substance of some between the main European States, of norrns foreseeing the criminalization of the international terrorism and of behaviors to this connected. In the same way, it examines the possible origin of the criminologic teses that have based such insertions.

Author Biography

Arno Dal Ri Júnior, UFSC

É Bacharel em Ciências Jurídicas pela Universidade do Vale do Itajaí [1997], Mestre em Direito e Política da União Européia pela Università degli Studi di Padova [1999] e Doutor em Direito Internacional pela Università Luigi Bocconi de Milão [2003], tendo realizado Pós-Doutorado na Université Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) [2003-04]. Atualmente é Professor Adjunto na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, sendo responsável pelas disciplinas "Direito Internacional" no Curso de Graduação e "Fundamentos doutrinários do Direito Internacional" no Programas de Mestrado e Doutorado em Direito. É Professor nos Programas de Doutorado em "História do Estado" na Universidades de Alcalá (Espanha), em "Teoria e História do Direito" na Universidade de Florença e em "História do Direito" na Universidade de Macerata (Itália). É pesquisador da Fondazione Cassamarca (Itália). Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Internacional e História do Direito.
