Abitration and access to justice

Arbitration is a way of dispute resolution that exists in most legal systems. Its analysis shall be grounded on its capacity to apply the law and to pacify society, within a context of access to justice. Through arbitration, due to some of its characteristics, it is possible to promote the distribution of justice in a faster and more effective manner, achieving some of the social expectations regarding a fair legal system.Downloads
