Abstract

This paper, according to the evidences from produced effects by economical globalization process, points out that globalization crisis, which brutalizes not only people of developing countries, but also affects the ones from developed countries negatively, is inherently connected to national States crisis, as primordial political structures regarding the decision processes and global political organization basis. It suggests, at last, the approach of a new global institutional system, where the State acts out as participant, as well as object of globalization process.
