Reflections about the constitutional pre-understanding: Human dignity as a condition to the possibility of sense

Abstract

This essay points out the dignity as a possible meaningful condition, when it systematizes dispersed knowledge, so it tries to demonstrate that juridical pre-comprehension does not dispense with the development of a clear and methodological arsenal. Therefore, the coordination of doctrinaire approaches and meta-juridical principles towards basic rights is not only an important requirement, but crucial to draw up juridical comprehension of dignity.
