The estabilization of canonic law and Graciano's act

This investigation analyses the Decretum of Gratiano, document from the Canon Law wrote in 12th Century, which can be considered as a first and fundamental attempt to systematize the sources and the contents from Canon Law. Also discusses, briefly, the historic circumstances in which the Decretum was written, in order to demonstrate the relationship between those circumstances and its form and content.Downloads
