For a critical review of androcentric sense: Genre, homoerotism and the exclusion of jewish science

Abstract

This paper studies up from the feminist epistemology, since its theoretical limit is Michel Foucault principles on universal knowledge, the search for the truth regarding human sexuality and power use as well as social control, which are part of this universe, it also regards the methodology defended by Alda Facio, the juridical phenomenon analysis. It was observed so, through the law philosophy, the reflects produced by androcentrical behavior about juridical science, that by the time has conducted, not only females segregation as subjects of rights, but also excluded the homoerotic expression from the protective environment that the modern state has proposed.
