The aim of this article is to outline the elements of a cosmopolitan citizenship whose action leads to the creation of a meeting point for diverse cultures and agents of change. It is intended here to demonstrate that the confluence of diverse actors in movement, defending common human interests, generates cosmopolitan citizenship. In this sense, the cosmopolitan dimension of citizenship was emphasized, from the standpoint of a dialogical epistemology and an intercultural ethics.Downloads
