Abstract

The present article indicates means of solving controversies within the Mercosur. It deals with consultation mechanisms in the Mercosur Trade Comission, arbitral reports pronounced in Brasilia Protocol, and the permanent Tribunal of the Mercosur, which is compared to the European Justice Tribunal of Luxembourg.
