Judicial cooperation in civil matters within the European Union: Origin, evolution and foundation

This article aims at analysing international judicial cooperation in civil matter in the European Union. It analyses the origins and evolution of the international cooperation from its backgrounds in the United Nations Charter, presenting international cooperation as a jural duty under the responsibility of all States in the European Union. In this case, it is analysed as a special kind of cooperation regarding the creation of international judicial cooperation mechanisms inside of an international organization with plurinational characteristics.Downloads
