The paper intends to take advantage of the academic interaction between Law and Literature to analyze Albert Camus’ novel The Stranger. Within its aims is the discussion of ethical alternatives relevant to the study of Law and the analysis of the workings of Camus’ absurd justice. It also intends to demonstrate Camus’ critics to Law as an oppressive and excludent institution.Downloads
