The formation of large cities has generated interests no longer locals, reaching a regional character. As a way to manage those interests, in Brazil there's the “Metropolitan Regions” with a constitutional forecast to join the organization, the planning and execution of public functions of common interest and constitute itself as an important mechanism for managing the metropolitan area, seeking to reconcile the different interests who are sometimes conflicting at this area, geographic space whose population is predominantly urban and don’t accompanying the geopolitical boundaries present. This management is essential for achieving the sustainability, generating a development that is possible to provide a decent quality of life for present and future generations.Downloads
