Constitutional State entails the appearance of a new paradigm of State that reaches squarely the theoretical models of Legal Science and epistemic categories on that this one had been constructed. On the other hand, globalization implies also a deep mutation of the juridical dominant paradigm that provokes a crisis of the juridical model of statalism. In this theoretical and practical context, emerges the question on the future of the Constitutional State and of its emancipating contents in an era of crisis of the State and the Legal Science model that had given it support, of increasing interdependence and of dissolution of the state borders. In what conditions can constitutionalism survive to these transformations?Downloads
