This paper reflects the need of an approach of Criminal Law and Brotherhood as an important step in overcoming the crisis experienced regarding the selectivity in Brazil. The main objective is to correlate Brotherhood and selectivity of Criminal Law, seeking alternatives to overcome the social crisis plaguing state and society. The method to guide this study is the inductive. It is understood from the research that Brotherhood is a value to be revisited by Constitucional law and (re) experienced daily, providing space to human experiences, especially when it comes to the crisis facing the criminal sphere and it’s discriminate nature.Downloads
