This paper is a result of a research realized in a condominium of technological companies. It intends to analyze the contribution of the shared resources to the generation of sustainable competitive advantage. The finds showed that the individual capacity of the companies, the differences of each kind of resource and the collaborative alliances are determinants for the competitiveness. The entrepreneurs were unanimous to confirm that all of the companies are more benefited in their competitive capacity than injured for a possible internal competition. Moreover, the analyze of the data suggests a intense relationship among the features of intangibility and dynamism of the resources, what can create opportunities during long periods and consequently generate sustainable competitive advantage for the companies members of the condominium.
