Efeito de homógrafos interlinguais e frequência de palavras no acesso lexical bilíngue

Resumo

Em dois experimentos, uma tarefa de decisão linguística e uma tarefa de tradução inglês-português de múltipla escolha, examinamos o efeito de homógrafos interlinguísticos e frequência de palavras no acesso lexical de bilíngues português-brasileiro-inglês. A escolha da língua, a acurácia e o tempo de resposta foram registrados pelo software PsyToolkit. Modelos lineares de efeitos mistos foram usados na análise dos dados. Os resultados deste estudo alinham-se com a hipótese de acesso lexical não seletivo. Os bilíngues tiveram acesso facilitado, principalmente para palavras na L2. Houve também um efeito de interferência da frequência de palavras observado tanto na L1 quanto na L2 para homógrafos interlinguísticos
