Abstract

The high concentration of media communication is the main problem in Latin America, since it represents an obstacle to the plurality and diversity of views present in society, preventing the democratic process. Therefore, this article aims to expose the action of the Venezuelan government, which knowing the importance of media in public debate, has created communication policies and regulatory laws that prevent media concentration.
