20 anos de "O segredo da pirâmide"

Abstract

It has been 20 years since the first edition of the book ´O segredo da pirâmide: para uma teoria marxista do jornalismo´, by Adelmo Genro Filho, was published. The book presents a dense and original approach to journalism and has inspired many academical researches, thesis and disertations, some of them became new books. This paper comments on some of the book´s aspects, emphasizing Genro´s approach to journalism as a ´singular´ way towards knowledge, different from science (´universal´) and art (´particular`).
