    RELEASE

To the researchers, authors, editors and reviewers of Revista Katálysis

We inform you that Revista Katálysis, from the year 2024, will adopt continuous flow publication. This decision was taken at a meeting held by the magazine's editorial committee, on August 21, 2023, with a view to meeting the criteria established by the Scielo Portal.

From this moment on, Katálysis Magazine will no longer present thematic editions, nor public calls for publication, respecting the criteria, objectives and scientific productions related to Social Service, covering topics from Applied Social Sciences, Human Sciences, social policy, work, issues social and public health.

For the authors who submitted their manuscripts (original article, experience report, essay, interview, review) for the thematic editions of the year 2024 (V 27. 1; V 27.2 and V 27.3), we inform that the evaluations will be guaranteed and, even if already evaluated according to the “continuous flow” logic, will not suffer, therefore, any publication losses, if approved.

Manuscripts that are approved for publication will be arranged in a single volume in a continuous flow system in the year 2024 (V 27 – Single Volume) and will be accessible by readers and authors themselves in a immediately, after all stages of the evaluation and publishing process have been completed.

We thank you for your understanding and are available to resolve any doubts through our means of communication.

    Michelly Laurita Wiese

    Chief Editor of Katálysis Magazine
