State Cosmopolitan, International organizations and the third way: the Sport as a social policy

Abstract

The following text seeks to contribute to a better understanding of the role of international organizations in (re) affirmation of the current "historical bloc" and question the fundamentals of "cosmopolitanism" advocated by the Third Way. Two documents were analyzed. The first published by UNESCO and the second by the UN. These documents give the "sporting culture" the task of correct social distortions, organizing civil society to make it more cohesive, spread a culture of peace and tolerance. Therefore, the effort was to grasp the main objectives and guidelines contained in the documents for the construction of current public policies for sport and the "new" sociability underway.

Mestre los Educação Pela Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Possui licenciatura plena los Educação Física Pela MESMA Instituição (2007). Atualmente E Coordenador e Professor do Curso de Licenciatura e Bacharelado em Educação Física da Fundação Educacional de Além Paraíba (FEAP), professor e nenhum ensino básico from 2007. Pesquisador Membro do Núcleo de Educação, Trabalho e Tecnologia (NETTEC), Sendo Este núcleo autenticado Pelo CNPq, atuando principalmente nn seguintes temas: Estado, Políticas Públicas / Politica Nacional de Esporte, Trabalho e Educação.
