Abstract

Debates about the so-called social projects claim to be enriched with discussions ofstate theory and its relationship with civil society. In the case of actions in the field ofphysical education and leisure it becomes even more urgent. This paper seeks to discusssome elements of the theory of state extended from Gramsci in their inseparability withthe concept of civil society, addressing his statements to counter the supposed conceptsof “social projects” and “third sector”.
