Citizenship blain in the outry World Cup: public works for the mega event under the smile lizard

This article seeks to address the complex reality that meddles in the production of an imaginary citizen about the construction of mega sporting events in which Brazil will host. We explore the relationship that the ruling class establishes with the government, their vested interests and promiscuous with public money. For sale a discourse of participation and democracy toasted festivities by "popular" World Cup and the Olympic Games. Thus, an analysis of the scenario literature that permeates the building of this scale events, concomitantly with the stance of civil society and public opinion on the promise of social legacies.
