It discusses the fundaments of medical-scientific discourse about Human Sexuality and her filosophic-conceptuls. It analyses the eclosion of Sexuality in Modern Sciences and the matrix of "medical-knowledge" about the questions, starting from the M. Foucault's conception. It presents the results of an empiric research about the actual medicai formation and the Medicine students conception about this, making strutural interpretations about the theoretic necessities and methodological inadequacies of doctor's institutional actions in Human Sexuality, and also evaluates his contradictory role as Sexual Educator at School. It analyses the tendences of Medical formation in Human Sexuality and it proposes elements for a new multiprofessional and interdisciplinar role of doctors in this theme. It debates the medical role in Sexuality and Sexual Education, interpreting the institucional potencial of an organic action beyond the clinicai and biological information, towards a conception of Education, Men and Society as historic subjects and emancipated citizens.
