Abstract

The Revista Gênero of Universidade Federal Fluminense was born as subservient wave feminist in the late 1980/90 spread throughout Brazil. This article aims to tell story highlighting the difficulties and dilemmas of the various meanings that involves “doing science” and the exercise of militancy.
