This essay has as main subject the Supreme Court preferred position constitutional law doctrine. In order to achieve this goal, it first explains the origins and actual questions concerning the preferred position doctrine, and after it operates a brief examination of the compelling interest doctrine, which is parallel to preferred position.Downloads
