The interests of the world trade, that the WTO protects, are taking over the Internet. This paper is an essay to denounce the myth of a free e-commerce by the analysis of the replacement of public taxes by private royalties, in particular in what concerns the right of distribution and the exceptions to intellectual property rights, on one hand, and the subtleness of the neo-protectionism regarding consumer and public health protection.Downloads
