This article aims to rebuild so low, the Theory of he Republic of CJC emperor Justinian, demonstrating that there was a break in the transition from Republic to Empire, as commonly supposed to romanist doctrine. Furthermore, the autor believes finding the republican model of ancient Rome, wich persisted during The Empire, elements that can help overcome the impasse that currently are in our representative republic.Downloads
