Notes on the historical evolution of the Diplomatic Protection Institute on the United Nations system

Abstract

This article deals on the institute of the diplomatic protection in a historical perspective, stressing mainly the ruptures and continuities among the notions elaborated in the works done in the sphere of the International Law Committee of the United Nations (UN) and the interpretations of the International Court of Justice.
