The right to tradition, the African-arrayed religions and the human rights

Abstract

This work intends to procede to discuss the religious persecution as a kind
of killing of memory and liberty, under the conditions of negro-slaves, in Brazil, and the democratic devices of the “Law of Ratial Equality”.
