Abstract

The article addresses the centrality of the body in dynamics of oppression and biopolitics, highlighting the importance of collective formations for social transformation and the realization of rights. The guiding problem of the research can be summarized in the following question: to what extent can collectives represent a way to overcome the oppression of bodies? As a preliminary answer, it focuses on the living body as central to the realization of human rights. The research employed the hypothetical-deductive method, which consists of a set of analyses that start from formulated conjectures to explain the difficulties encountered in solving a specific research problem. Its purpose is to clearly state the problem while critically examining the applicable solutions. Grounded in theories of the metatheory of fraternal law and living law, the study adopts a transdisciplinary perspective. The term intersectionality is key to the analysis of body control and collective resistance, viewed through the lens of anarchafeminism. The research aims to contribute to the construction of resistances that challenge the status quo, based on a decolonial approach. Divided into three parts, the text discusses the body in the context of living law, exploring its relationship with the legal field; analyzes the body from the perspective of anarchafeminism, highlighting examples of resistance and intersectionality; and portrays bodies within the collective dynamic, utilizing Resta's concept of metamorphosis and exploring connections between bodies and the environment through queer ecology. As a result we have transcorporeidade as an activation mechanism to implement collective hairs.
