How to interpret the economical and socialcontemporary process exclusively under thelight of theories and orthodox models that do not answer satisfactorily to the present questions? Considering the modero information technologies that made simultaneous the dimensions of time and space and the respective impacts on the production agents, what is the theoretical reference and the appropriate instrumental to inteipiet the dominant realities?Starting from these questions, the article approaches the object of the economical science,the scientific method and the construction of the normative and empiric knowledge.
