O PAPEL DO PROFISSIONAL DE SAÚDE MENTAL NO PROCESSO DE RECOVERY: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Resumo

Recovery é uma abordagem a problemas psicossociais que vem sendo utilizada e orienta serviços de saúde mental em diversos países com relatos de alta eficácia e eficiência. Através de uma revisão integrativa, este artigo pretende contribuir para o maior conhecimento sobre o papel dos profissionais da saúde mental no trabalho orientado pelo Recovery. As revisões integrativas sintetizam a literatura científica, apresentando o conhecimento acumulado sobre o tema de estudo, podendo contribuir para desenvolvimentos teóricos e especificamente para o avanço das ciências da saúde. Nesta revisão foram levantadas diversas modalidades de publicação, permitindo reflexões sobre o papel dos profissionais na abordagem recovery. A literatura sobre este tema é ainda relativamente escassa, tendo sido encontrados 10 artigos publicados em periódicos indexados nas bases de dados mais utilizadas nas ciências da saúde. Os temas mais explorados na literatura foram o vínculo dos profissionais de SM com as pessoas sob seus cuidados, bem como a diretividade e as habilidades e competências dos profissionais necessárias para promover mudanças nos âmbitos interpessoais, institucionais e culturais.
