Resumo

O câncer de mama é uma das neoplasias mais comuns entre mulheres, com grande impacto físico e psicológico, frequentemente levando à ansiedade e depressão, que podem comprometer a adesão ao tratamento. Neste contexto, as intervenções breves realizadas por enfermeiros são fundamentais. Objetivo: Investigar a eficácia das intervenções breves feitas por enfermeiros na redução de sintomas depressivos e ansiosos em mulheres com câncer de mama e seu impacto na adesão ao tratamento. Método: A revisão de escopo analisou revisões sistemáticas sobre intervenções breves realizadas por enfermeiros em pacientes com câncer de mama, utilizando bases de dados como PubMed, Scielo e Scopus, focando em intervenções psicossociais e educacionais. Resultados: Intervenções educacionais, psicossociais e de apoio ao enfrentamento reduziram significativamente os sintomas de ansiedade e depressão, além de melhorar a qualidade de vida das pacientes. A escrita expressiva mostrou efeitos limitados, enquanto intervenções com componentes espirituais tiveram impacto positivo no bem-estar emocional. Considerações finais: Intervenções breves conduzidas por enfermeiros são eficazes na melhora da saúde mental e qualidade de vida de pacientes com câncer de mama. A abordagem multidisciplinar, integrando cuidados físicos e emocionais, é crucial para o sucesso dessas intervenções.
