EDUCAÇÃO CORPORATIVA: ALICERCES CIENTÍFICOS DE UM RECENTE CAMPO DE PESQUISA

Abstract
Goal: Corporate Education is a subject governed by companies through in an attempt to fill a gap left by the State in traditional education. However, it is a recent theme, both in the United States, the locus of its genesis, and in Brazil. In this sense, this research aims to analyze which seminal references and the most prolific authors in Corporate Education, as well as to establish a list of which references support the publications of the authors who most publish in this scientific field.
Design?Methodology?Approach: This is an exploratory-descriptive study of a bibliographic nature, which uses the quantitative bibliometric approach to analyze the results of searches carried out in the SCOPUS, SPELL, and Scielo databases.
Results: As a result, there is a list of 15 most prolific authors, of which some are also the most cited by other researchers.
Originality?Value: It is believed that this research tends to contribute to the academy by revealing bibliographies to be considered by newcomers in this theme. The search for establishing the thematic outlines that dialogue with Corporate Education is a suggestion for future research.
