Cocriação de Conhecimento em Redes Sociais: Uma Análise Sociotécnica de Grupos de WhatsApp com apoio de IAG e ARS

Abstract
WhatsApp groups are dynamic spaces for knowledge generation by integrating structured collaboration, moderated discussions, and multiple media formats. This research aims to investigate how knowledge generation occurs in these environments, combining a literature review on the topic with applied research based on Social Network Analysis (SNA) techniques, supported by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI). The study uses the JorTec Network as an empirical case, observing how its WhatsApp structure enables interaction, active peer exchange, and assisted discussion in the context of Technologies Applied to Journalism. Preliminary results indicate that groups composed of professors, students, and professionals with common thematic interests tend to share specific content in various formats (text, audio, video, and images), promoting collaborative learning and knowledge co-creation. The research also highlights that clear objectives, regular interactions, and active member participation are essential factors for enhancing knowledge transfer and strengthening communities of practice in digital environments.
