As eleições de diretores de escolas e a constituição dos conselhos deliberativos: possibilidades de transformação da escola?

No contexto e a partir do Plano Estadual de Educação 85/88, - elaborado com a participação da população catarinense, mobilizada de modo inédito - o presente artigo discute a instituição nas escolas estaduais de duas deliberações do Plano: a eleição dos diretores e a criação dos Conselhos Deliberativos. A análise aponta, ainda que provisoriamente, para possíveis efeitos dessas medidas nas relações internas à escola, bem como nas relações da escola com os órgãos do sistema de ensino, aos quais estão subordinadas.
